It was abandoned by its mother and the she wouldn't acknowledge it. So it was shuffling back and forth falling over trying to suck milk off anything near it. They bottle fed it later on but it was quite sad..

By how an ex gf looked at it I thought I was going to have to pay its tuition.

Part of a jet engine I believe. I saw one assembled recently. I've also seen that part in Kirby vacuum's?

Looks like the compressor wheel off of a turbocharger or centrifugal supercharger. With that user name, I'm assuming he must dabble in DIY jet engines. Cool picture!
