New autism medical alert charm - I literally cannot buy a medical alert bracelet that fits me, and sensory processing makes anything too tight unbearable due to pressure and anything too big will just flop up on my arm and cause pressure higher up. Need something that fits just right, so ordered just the charm part and will need to make the bracelet myself so it fits.

That's pretty cool. Old maps have fascinated me as well; what was the map of?

Fabric, cotton, a hot glue gun, canvases and crayons (so I can do something like this: http://www.kidskubby.com/wp-content/upl ... rt.001.jpg).

I had a luthier make me an Appalachian mouth bow. It's the one string instrument seen in the video below with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils. (Chicken Train)

Some elastics for pony-tails. They're not for my hair, they're for my dolls. I got them at the drug store and I thought the price was outrageous - $7:99! I'll bet they have ones just as good and a lot lot cheaper at the dollar store but I don't feel like walking all the way up to it in the rain - again - and I don't have enough money for a cab ride.

Yesterday I bought groceries, including a "generic peach pie". It said that on the label. I think this is the first time I've seen a product actually labelled generic. It just sounds so... generic!
The pie is still pretty good, though. I think it's better than those peach muffins my mom bought this past weekend because the pie actually has peaches in it.
