^What sort of seasonings would you add to your food? I add tamarii sauce, Paris Bistro [garlic and other herbs], and sometimes cyan.

i'm fond of using onion ketchup, low-sodium soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, nusalt, sharp cheddar cheese, low sodium beef bouillon.
