I had a chicken Kiev yesterday.
I rarely have breakfast or lunch.
Being unable to tell the difference between an upset stomach and hunger, by the time I wake up I feel like I've eaten something I shouldn't have.
It's not until I'm about to pass out in the evening that I force myself to eat.
You'd think the relief I finally get from eating would have taught me to do this in the morning too, yet here we are.
