Let there be friends! I'd rather have it instead of light.

Earlier today Mom told me sternly that I needed to wash all of the grease out of my hair. I admit that I have been letting myself go these past couple of days because I was expecting to get a haircut tomorrow.

Well, turns out that's not gonna happen till next weekend. I did as Mom told me and washed my hair squeaky-clean. It went from being limp, greasy and brownish to its natural state of being fluffy, soft and blonde.

My secret? Clarifying shampoo mixed with a dab of dishwashing liquid, a trick I learned from the Internet. This is not a mixture to be used on a daily basis, but works like a charm when all else fails.

San Antonio got snow last night! Most of it is still there from this morning. When I woke up, I did my normal morning routine before I went outside and started a snowball fight. I know it snowed in San Antonio last February and again in 2002, but it didn't stick. The last time San Antonio had snow on the ground was in 1985 with 13.5 to 14 inches covering the ground.
San Antonio got snow. That's about as rare as Tucson getting snow. 8O

Well, I guess my mom is doing ok. other than she has cancer in her tit, wich is going to get removed soon. other than that I now have food in my house so i'm eating, :jester:

I hope your Mother recovers from her surgery quickly. And I hope that's the end of her cancer. I have an aunt who had breast cancer and had it removed. She had reconstruction surgery afterwards. She's doing alright now.

Whenever I hear or read the word tit, I think of a cow, pig or goat even dogs and cats too, I guess that's why I don't use that word when I talk about women and their breast. It just doesn't sound right to me. I use the word boob sometimes but never tit. It's strange what we associate with specific words. I had an aunt and uncle who had a very nice farm back in Indiana. As a child, I spent a lot of time there staying with them. No doubt, I picked it up there. Did I ever tell you, I hate geese? They're meaner than Hell and if they don't like you, they will chase you all over the place snapping their beaks trying to bite you the whole time. That's why when you see those old paintings of a child or children in the country herding geese, they always have a big stick. It's for protection. :)

Quote:
And the Angel of the Lord came unto me, snatching me up from my place of slumber. And took me on high, and higher still until we moved to the spaces betwixt the air itself. And he brought me into a vast farmlands of our own midwest. And as we descended, cries of impending doom rose from the soil. One thousand, nay a million voices full of fear. And terror possesed me then. And I begged, "Angel of the Lord, what are these tortured screams?" And the angel said unto me, "These are the cries of the carrots, the cries of the carrots! You see, Reverend Maynard, tomorrow is harvest day and to them it is The Holocaust."

And I sprang from my slumber drenched in sweat like the tears of one million terrified brothers and roared, "Hear me now, I have seen the light! They have a consciousness, they have a life, they have a soul! Damn you! Let the rabbits wear glasses! Save our brothers!"

Can I get an amen?

Can I get a hallelujah?

Thank you Jesus.

Tool are funny :P

For the first time in a while, I am hungry and am really looking forward to my tea. My stupid anxiety has made my appetite almost nil, I've only willingly ate anything when I'm really empty.
