I went North and was going to take a lot of pictures - but never put in the effort, so I only came back with maybe a handful.

The old cemetery from the back of the old St. Mary's church in Woburn:



And a look at the countryside taken from the cemetery:



Woburn Safari Park. Hm. We elected not to stay as I found it far too expensive - £20 per person for the safari park and £13.50 per person for the Abbey and gardens (and no photography inside the House!). We drove back the way we came instead, finding the whole thing just too deer. Still, we got two photos of deer on the way in though:





We moved on to the town of Buckingham then, and we were confronted by never-ending multitude of these signs in the car park. They hammered this message home to a ludicrous degree, especially when you consider that it's actually quite cheap to park there (first hour is free of charge).

And a bit of the outdoor shopping arcade complex, complete with flowerbeds and a Union Jack surrounding the small shops and businesses:



A patriotic shop window here, showcasing their red, white and blue wool in the British style alongside two Union Jacks:

Buckingham High Street, with Buckingham's Old Gaol in the background:



An off-licence (also specialising in African and Asian spices) and a sweet shop amongst other businesses here in the centre of Buckingham:

It was market day on the day we came to Buckingham. Here's a shot of said market. You'll notice in the top right of the photo there is a pub sign. The next photo will show that sign in more detail:



And the pub sign for The Whale, which is a Fuller's house. Didn't get to go in, mind:

^I really enjoyed looking at that architecture and the yarn as well.
