When you can, can we see more pics your dad took?

I wrote out some stupidly long post, but it got deleted/I lost it (which is probably a good thing).

My hair is very nice. It's now a few inches shorter and nice and light (it hadn't been cut since November/December) and I would have liked it to frame my face more and have been about 24cm shorter around my face, but since I was incredibly inexplicit with my instructions (which were nods in reply to framing the face and layering without specifying a length) and the only times it has been cut the way I wanted it was with a different stylist on one occassion when I showed up with a picture of what I wanted.

I'm fairly impressed that she remembered how I usually have it done.

I've been contemplating getting it cut shorter to minimise brushing time, since I detest it (except, when I do it takes me about half an hour and still looks messy) but it sounds like too much extra work overall.

I will survive! (Ahh, the song. )

Perhaps, cutting down on the time on this site might be good.

I tend just to switch between sites or not do anything contructive (ie. stare at walls- well, stare at walls and pace or jump around; I'm not one for remaining stationary) whenever I try to cut down on something.

How short is your hair now, Froggo?

It's, um, not very short at all. It's the bottom of my bra band length at the back and moreless at my collarbone at its shortest.

I've just remembered London Pride is next week. (Entirely irrelevant, but still.)

What is London Pride? I've never heard of it until now.

Ah, it's actually Pride London , but I put the location first.

LGBT Pride Parade, in London. Nothing to do with being proud of London (and if it was, I certainly wouldn't be excited about it.)

Why people would come here on holiday is beyond me.

Well they like to do the sightseeing don't they, I've been enough times to have passed that stage and therefore have little need to revisit!

I suppose they do.

I've been dragged to so many sites that I guess I don't appreciate the good parts of the smelly, overcrowded, grey, dirty area.

Whilst we're at the Clean Chatroom Travel Bureau, I have a recommendation!

I recommend that you do NOT stay too long in my area!

I've never been to Wigan.

I have some cousins in Manchester, though. Five or so households of them and two of them don't talk to the rest and vice versa.

Thinkenburg, Austria is supposed to be quite nice.

Disney World, Florida isn't great if you don't like crowds or junk food.

Be careful of the water in Majorca and I've heard Egypt can be pretty dodgy water-wise, too.

Cornwall has some nice myths.

Southend-on-sea is pretty windy.

Milton Keynes has a road plan based on Los Angeles, California.

Norfolk has some nice farms but freezing and deserted beaches without toilets.

Sulfolk has a huge dry ski slope.

Edinburgh is pretty.

Crete has lovely beaches.

Yorkshire has some nice walls.

Dorset has a beautiful Jurassic Coast and some other lovely landmarks. Although, it's PGL camp has awful food and the sleeping arrangements are not so nice.

And, I may or may not comment when I've thought of some more.
