I roasted a joint of ham and I had baked potato and a bit of veg and a couple of Yorkshire puddings with it

I had a chicken fried steak, mashed potato, green beans, and cream gravy for supper.

The mashed potato was very good.
The green beans were very good.
The cream gravy was very good.

And together they were fabulous.

The chicken fried steak wasn't all that great. That didn't surprise me.

I have had a bad Vitamin B-12 deficiency below the bottom end of normal for a while that was recently discovered and that can reportedly cause a loss of appetite. I have noticed over time that beef didn't taste the same. I'm now on Vitamin B-12 shots every two weeks and it is coming up but still well below what it should be. So I decided to fix a chicken fried steak to see if beef was starting to taste better. It didn't.
