I seriously doubt it. If you were stalking some suspected serial killer or terrorist to prevent them from acting then that may be the morally right thing to do.

No. Sharks don't choose to be carnivorous. Most animal related accidents happen because people are not careful enough or act just plain stupid.
I might get very scared of sharks but not hate them.


What's the best way to fight apathy? Is there any?
