Yesterday - during a strong thunder, I had a piece of toast with Thor-cheese on it - fro Asgard Cheese factory. Fun! :ninja: Good, rather strong cheese - only available in Denmark.
I shall have another piece now - although it isn´t thundering out there. :D .....and a cup of coffee.

Update. I had issues with the cornbread. I love cornbread, but he used a mix instead of making it from scratch.

I think it is probably some kind of preservative in the factory mixes and factory prepared products that can give me allergic reactions. I cannot, for example, eat corn dogs -- I'll be six for three or more days. I've had similar reactions to biscuit and pancake mixes. And I'm having more and more issues with bags of Mexican corn chips.

That's one reason why I don't like to eat pancakes made by someone else unless I can directly ask them how they made it. Fortunately, I make really good pancakes from scratch. I can also make really good cornbread from scratch, as well.
