Today it will be all about easing my nerves so I will spend time outdoors, maybe photographing some more, but anyway spend time with the dogs and horses. Then it was so silly of me to read about bacterial antibiotic resistance as if I didn`t feel nervous enough. So I thank myself for making myself breakfast and head out.

I may not have migraines but, hot weather is not beneficial to me in any possible way.

Apparently the anti-nausea medication they've prescribed now is an antipsychotic.
