My Birthday is this Thursday. I'll be turning 51.

I feel no shame because of having disability pension.

I "fear" that I have only NVLD, not autism.

I don't often notice how old I am but when I do it makes me laugh out loud to myself

I'm too much into Germany to take Remembrance Day seriously. I'm just going to be myself, the first days of November. There's no need for me to be crying the red, white and blues.

I have a 3pm dental appointment today. I've had it for three weeks. I'm have a permanent crown put in place on tooth 19. I've known this for weeks, and yet with less than three hours to go, I am getting anxious. Is it the dental visit? No. I enjoy visiting the dentist. It is the one time I meet with people in person and can chat about obscure and banal things. Dentists and dental hygienists are my favorites. The procedure does not make me anxious either.
What makes me anxious is the whittling down of time between now and the appointment. The appointed time. Being someplace on time. I don't mind being early. I cannot stand being late. In the meantime, it is like Tetrist, trying to fill time with appropriate shaped pieces of time, and still not be late. I almost wish the appointment was for tomorrow. On the other hand I know it is best to get it over with. Once I am there, it will be fine.
I am like this for ALL appointments.
So is this a neurosis or what? I've always been like this.
(It is a fear of failure, meathead. Geez...)
Again, I like my dentist, the hygienist, the assistant, and the procedure does not bother me.

The dental appointment went with out a hitch. The new crown feels weird. The temporary crown felt rough around the tooth. The new crown is super smooth. The tongue is like a small hyper active child. My brain thinks "Stay still. Stay out of the dentist's way." But it kept moving around. It was not too bad.

I've posted some pretty deep things yesterday. I have a fear that I might have brought some people down with my heavy posts.
