The phrase "porkchop sandwiches" came from this website:

http://www.ebaumsworld.com/gijoe.html

In the G.I. Joe cartoon series from the 1980s, the end of the show had a public service announcement that taught children important lessons regarding safety, respect, and good sportsmanship. The PSAs always ended with one of the G.I. Joe soldiers saying "And knowing is half the battle".

This website spoofs those PSAs, and some guy dubbed the voices so the cartoons would be funny.
