I think that most NLDers may be misdiagnosed autistics... I read that decades ago Byron P. Rourke hypothetized that "autism is NLD plus global language impairment" - it could be understood that this would mean that autism without global language impairment is NLD (nonverbal learning disability). So "Asperger-type" autism might be misconceptualized and mislabelled as nonverbal learning disorder instead of pervasive developmental disorder.

I think that the term NVLD is widely misused and I suppose that only a quite small minority of persons diagnosed with NVLD is not autistic.

I feel lucky to have found the songs that I found on YouTube over the past 10 years. I've found a lot of German folk songs and Christmas songs. If I didn't change in 2016, I'd still be listening to The Kinks, all day and all of the night.
