i am playing some more piano tracks to add to a song i call "the life of a plain little butterfly" (which is more a "sound painting" than a song) loosely based upon "here comes the sun" by the beatles.
i am slightly sick of it since i have already filled in the fun skeleton tracks and now it is just a matter of embroidery for the final touches.
i do not want to end up with an overly decorated musical christmas tree of a song.

I`m wondering who started the "flipping the bird"-thing...
i know it varies, in england its two fingers, here its
one middle finger straight up and everybody knows
what it means - but who decided that the middle
finger is so evil and harsh, where did this come from?
it makes little sense...its just a finger.. If i show my
indexfinger to someone, no reaction. Show them the
middle one, and they get angry. Does it count flipping
the bird with your toes..is that bad? Does people who
cant hear give each other the finger, and does it mean
the same thing..? so many questions....

Right now i`m a little amazed 8O
When you read peoples posts and write with them,
one often automatically makes a pic in ones head of
how that person looks - on WP theres some pics of
members so it has happend a few times now that i
have seen a person after making up this pic on how i
think they look. Usually its a miss, but on WP i`ve
had three "wow" experiences so far, three members
looked freakisly much alike the image i had of them,
its kinda freaky to see :)

8O so you act also... you dont happen to have
a twin sister in Norway? theres a girl here
that looks too much like you and have pretty much
the same life it sounds like - might be true, everyone
have a doubleganger somewhere :) Alot of similarities
that struck me a while ago, and now that you mention
acting, that was just too much :)

...oh no! that means that maybe theres more like me out there also 8O crap!

^^well I can't ask my parents so I guess we'll never know...

I don't know the first thing about acting, I just happened to be in Warsaw at the time when Roman Polanski was screaming :we need more extras! you there- wanna be an extra in an Oscar winning production?" lol that kinda convinced me

very much like someone you know and looks

I look very generic, 99% of people who meet me say something like "I've seen you before" or "you remind me of someone I know"

<shrug>

got used to it. I even had Japanese and African people tell me that I look like someone they know back home.

^ actually, I think when you remind people of someone else it usually means that you've really stood out for them, & so they automatically assume they've noticed you because you remind them of someone. it seems to be what goes on with me when I meet someone who strongly reminds me of someone else.

^^not sure if that's possible... I've always thought that it's because I look like everybody, a textbook "average"... dunno...

That sounds weird...why would anyone assume that?
i dont know about others, but if i notice someone, i
dont assume they notice me also, it doesn`t work
both ways like that i think.. I could really fall for
someone or notice them in a big way but i see no
reasons why the other person would automatically
feel the same way.. But i dont know, i have never
claimed to be sane and i have no papers saying i`m
sane so dont listen to me

I don't know, but I seem to do it anyway. I guess because you want to account for why you noticed a person so much, so you first try to remember if you met them before, & then you think, 'o that's it, they remind me of so & so'.

maybe I'm just odd.
