I've been missing Schultz. It's the new year. Oktoberfest is long past. Christmas happened three weeks ago, though I'm still keeping my tree up. I like the idea of having many sides, but Schultz keeps showing up in my mind's eye.

I love how my brain works sometimes

I can't think about eggnog without thinking of egg custard tarts from Gregg's and I can't think of Gregg's egg custard tarts without thinking of nutmeg

So every time I think of eggnog, I get a taste of nutmeg in my mouth
