What type of cardio? Are you a runner?

No, I used to love jogging but I had to give it up due to my awful arches and weak ankles. Too many injuries. Now I do step aerobics and cycling instead. :bounce:

You can still rant about parties at the spanish thread if you want to.

I wasn't ranting. I was only saying. :)

I like parties. MY kind of parties. The only trouble is, no one ever wants to have MY kind of party.

NOT a boring adult party with lots of drunkenness and smoking and horrible thumping music.

Rather, a nice fun sort of party, with games and party bags and jelly and ice cream. :bounce:

But no one invites me to those sort any more, now that I'm supposedly "grown up." :(

No! The kind of jelly that British children eat at parties along with ice-cream! It's a tradition...at least, it was back in my day. At my parties I remember we invented our own new twist on the tradition by drinking the jelly through straws. It all got rather hyper and out of control, because the resulting rude noises were so hilarious that even the adults had to laugh!

I liked parties with tug of war. Mostly I used to ignore the other kids, but I'd have a whale of a time just being there. :D

Nowadays, I opt for the sort of gathering with no more than three other people where we talk for a bit usually while watching youtube videos, we bounce on the trampoline or walk the dog.

I've been invited to an overnight party at Alton Towers, but I don't know some of the people and don't really want to go.
