If I would be the same size that Mick is in my current avatar, when I wake up tomorrow, I would be very satisfied. I would be 50 to 80 lbs lighter than I am, now. I'd also be keeping my basic body type and my muscles.

８年間前ごろ勉強を始めましたが、ずっと勉強してきたわけじゃないです。
８年間前、仙台に引越しして、そこで１０ヶ月勉強しました。それから１－２年間ぐらい勉強しませんでした。その後、大学に入って、そこで勉強を続けました。しかし、それはアメリカの大学だったので、ほとんど復習だけでした。:?　でも大学で漢字を読む能力が少し上がりました。（私は漢字が苦手です。 >_<）
大学を卒業してからぜんぜん勉強していませんけど、一年間以上日本に住んでいるので毎日使っています。地震のせいでもうすぐアメリカに戻りますが、戻ったら勉強を続けようと思っています。

Dear delivery guy,

You come to my apartment to pick up my suitcase. I don't have one piece of information you need, so you tell me to call back when I have it and leave. I get the information as I hear you pull out of my driveway. I call you and ask you to come back. Total elapsed time between you leaving and me calling: less than one minute. One hour later you are not here. I have things to be doing which do not involve waiting around for you. What gives, delivery guy? I was polite and friendly, you couldn't have gone more than three blocks before I called you, and your base of operations is less than a 2-minute drive from my apartment. We are not amused, delivery guy.
