Not really

What was the worst ailment you've suffered from?

In decreasing order : physics (including astronomy and aviation), French (I live in the French province of Québec), mathematics (especially complex numbers and vector/tensor calculus), philosophy (especially simple, original and basic wisdom : Socrates, and stoïcians like Senecus).

About philosopy, I think that, with the Catholic "philosophers") of the 14th~17th centuries, and then with the German philosophers of the 19th, philosophy, which should be the love of Wisdom (from Greek philo: love, and Sophia: wisdom), lost its vocation and became more and more a philologos (love of discourse, love of blabla).

What is your point of view on this matter? Please develop. explain what you think of it and why. (After all we are supposed to "interview" the person below, not simply ask things like "Do you have long hair?")

Oops, sorry ; my mail directed me to previous page so I was answering "what was/is your favorite subject in school?".
To answer WitchsCat's question, infarctus and diabetes.

But I still ask the question in my post above.

Easy way out!
I had already answered WitchsCat's last Q.
So I let the next person choose between WitchsCat's and my last Q

Are you interviewing us for a post as Professor of Philosophy at some distinguished university? 8O :D

I'm not really a lover of philosophy, but your point about it probably changing from a love of wisdom to a love of blah blah yakety smackety, seems valid I think.

To answer the other question. The last ailment I suffered from was just the common cold.

In which room are you sitting, right now?

Have you had a nice day?

It's ~4am here. I just woke up. So I guess it's been nice so far.

What will you eat next?

Not yet, but I'd like to go soon (work permitting).

If you could move to another city/country, where would you live?
