Maybe favorite would be tuna salad, because that's the one I'm most often in the mood for.

I love Grey Poupon dijon mustard (and the old commercial was kind of funny.) I just tried it for the first time recently. I didn't used to like mustard but I can't seem to tolerate mayo on its own any more (a bit in a salad mix seems okay, but not much.)

If it's a turkey burger, which I have very rarely, then ketchup or BBQ sauce.

If it's a turkey slice sandwich, then I like sliced cheese, avocado, perhaps some lettuce or tomato, and then, I love black olives if there are any around. And chipotle mayo (when it has chile peppers in the mayo I can tolerate it much better - no idea why.)

I love BBQ and chipotle the most for sauces, and for toppings I like avocado and cheese best.
