I gave you a chance
To water the plants.
I didn't mean that way --
Now zip up your pants!

I remember reading that poem by Shel Silverstein in his book Falling Up in elementary school. 8O

I got in trouble for bringing a Shel Silverstein book to school once. I think it was Where the Sidewalk Ends.

Monday is a bummer,
Tuesday's only fair,
Wednesday's getting better,
Thursday's almost there.
But Friday (Friday!), Friday is my favorite day!

Not really, I just remember that song from second grade.

What was the problem with that book? Was it a fascist anti-book school?

Are you serious? That book was in my elementary school library! Then again, my elementary school also had books explaining what sex was, so... yeah.

I never did understand what was wrong with it. Possibly. The physics teacher was a fundie.

I've entered the Embalming Plaza. It's situated in the Slaughterzone in Bucketheadland and it's named after the last track on the album Pepper's Ghost by Buckethead. (I'm sure you were all so eager to know that. :P )

Goodnight people. I've had a bit of a late session on here today.

(Not as if there's many people here to say goodbye to right now, but meh.)

Just translated two Basque songs into English. One of the songs I only had to look up one word for, the rest I already knew. :o It's a great feeling to be able to understand so much.
