What's something that excites you?

I don't even know if I'd care for one either . I had to look it up in the dictionary to even know what it was and then I was sorta still confused. I'm not even sure if my answer qualified for the question to be honest. Also I think I want to be cremated and have my ashes poured into the sea, so I wouldn't have a epitaph .

A- Motivating music can bring excitement, or possibly finding a new game I really like because I don't like many of the games I play alot... so when I find a new one I really like it is fairly exciting

a firebird or a thunderbird.
oh, you mean real birds? i saw "the wild parrots of telegraph hill" and fell in love with those adorable animals.

My thinking precisely. Besides, I do not need to be pseudo-immortalized in words.

A: Both are delicious, but I prefer fried.

Define real. I used to live on Philly cheesesteaks prior to my heart attack.


What is the best meal you can prepare?

A- I can prepare Salmon in my steamer... I'm so clueless on how to cook anything real other than using a steamer on food. I can microwave stuff too, but that doesn't count . My parents discouraged me from being near ovens and stove tops or anything with fire my whole childhood life. Then when I was old enough to be responsible, they just didn't feel like teaching me. I'm too afraid to try and learn by myself .

Q- would you rather lose 100% of your hearing or 100% of your eye-sight? (Sorry if this was already a question... I can't remember right now )

That's terrible! But very common for people our age. You should really learn to cook. It's a very useful skill. Makes food (potentially) much healthier, tastier, and more affordable.

A: Hearing, but only because it would be harder to live 100% independently as a blind person than as a deaf one.

Q: What was your first pet?

An old hound strangely called Bill that an eccentric old guy gave my father back when I was a small child. I think I fed and took care of a couple of strays before that, but they were never officially anoited members of the family.

People ultimately need each other to survive. Some will use that to their advantage, but people are the most charitable of the animal kingdom.


Do you think searching for cures for diseases of aging including cancer is necessarily a good idea? Is the idea of having an older population a good one?

a mixed answer- a younger population is more dynamic, but an old population tends to be more stable. if you value the latter, then older=better.

Q- what punishment would you mete out to that no good bastard down in arizona who shot up that crowd of people this morning?

A- Before or after I had him mauled by as many grizzly bears as people he shot ? Well... maybe only one grizzly bear because if there was more than one they might accidentally hurt each other
