A little while ago, I got extremely angry at something my brother was saying and watching on TV (I don't want to discuss it). I went outside for exercise, but the anger wouldn't stop bubbling up inside me; it just kept getting worse. I grabbed a stick that was thick like a club and took a couple of swings at some tree trunks as hard as I could. I think I left marks. I'm not sure if that's a healthy way to deal with anger, but at least it got me to calm down.

As long as you don't cause physical pain to yourself or other organisms of sentience.

I would like to say good night to everybody. I really need to wash up. I couldn't do that before, because the hockey game was on and I didn't want to miss anything. I also need to be up at 4 in the morning. I get to work with one of my favourite coworkers, tomorrow. :)

There's a child's Capt. Jack Sparrow sleeping bag on top of my bed. I'm using it as a blanket. I saw it at a thrift store and just had to have it.

Yay! I found the best shop EVARRR and have bought 2 framed African artworks that were reduced. A brightly coloured one of a loooong woman with her arms in the air and a more realistic but not detailed picture of a Masai family made with oranges, reds and browns.
