hmm, let's see...
oh yes, i love a good sharp cheddar cheese, pureed seaweed, gooey creamy things like puddings [especially butterscotch] and [diet] icecreams/sherbets, smoked salmon, most anything with cheese in it, good high butterfat dark chocolate, raspberry chocolate, strawberry chocolate, cherry chocolate, butterscotch chocolate, peanut-butter chocolate, citrus-flavored stuff, hard [sweet] cider, nikumangu [japanese meat pocket pie], cheddar-cheese chili, poutine, red salmon, pralines, chocolate eclairs, cheddar cheese burgers prepared with fake egg, ground round or TVP mixed with onion soup mix and veggie soup mix and parmesan/romano cheese, diced grilled onions and garlic, sauerkraut, mayo, the works between two onion buns. whew! too many other good foods to list here.

The holiday is kinda blah, the concept is a good reminder not to take someone for granted.

If you looked outside right now, what is something that you'd be surprised and super-excited to see? For instance, a fully functioning rollercoaster waiting for you to give it a go.
