Good morning WP. I have a lot of plans for my fitness regime. I'll do what I'm instructed to do at the free workout, twice a week and than I'll do what I want to do, at home. I might as well do things that will make me happy with my body. I plan to buy kettle balls and a medicine ball. There's also a that step master type thing that has arm bands attached to it. My strength is the most important to me, so I'll by the different types of balls and bands first. I'll buy the Body Break step master closer to next year, around this time. I want to compensate for what I was born with, by making my body stronger. Today's medicine balls are so sleek and compact. They're not like the big and scary black ones that I was introduced to, as a 9 year old.
