My physical health is great.

I now have no idea what kind of story I'm writing. It's a bit of a mess right now.

I'm also considering things and going around in circles over a certain someone...It's wearing me out. I don't usually look for this kind of advice, but I honestly don't know what to do.
I wished for love and found it, and now have the gall to love her not romantically, but purely, as I love everyone, all the while she loves me so much?
