Have you guys any idea of how much strength it takes to swallow my pride and come back after all the drama I made about the birthday thing... I literally made it impossible for myself to come back  Yet here I am, the biggest idiot of the century. The number one drama queen! 8)

Hey :)
Yes, I'm ok I guess, apart from drinking more alcohol then I should, and skipping sleep two nights (not in a row)
Sorry if I made you feel bad (although that was some of the point I think, it's called passive aggressive  )

Yeah let's just ramble on a bit. This thread has slowed down much in periods, and I used to like it when dcj wrote many posts.

I'm working out again today. It's pretty amazing really what I'm doing all on my own. Motivating myself to working out three times a week. Last time it took an hour and a half, sometimes it has taken 1 hour and 40 minutes 8O Last fall when I worked out it never took longer then an hour and 20 minutes

The physiotherapist who gave me the program said it should take about 15 minutes  That is of course just bull s**t! Just like when he said that it was impossible to hold the plank position for more then 6-8 seconds. Tricking me, like a child, into showing him how long I could hold it

I would like to see the person who can do that whole exercise program in 15 minutes!

Of course I totally understand you have trouble remembering things! When under much stress and anxiety it's hard/impossible to focus on anything else. I read the posts you wrote about how you're feeling and what's going on. Sorry you are going through a tough period at the moment. I deal very bad with stress myself, you seem to be stronger then me. Just "being" in the pain. Taking it a day at a time. It will get better, although it doesn't feel like it at the moment. (((Hugs)))

Aaaand that reminds me of a song!

(Which, BTW, is my favorite song ever. :D )

This sinking feeling sets,
It feels just like a hole inside your chest.
I know you're thinking,
"No, no, no, no, it is easier said than done,"
But please let me attest.
I know it's hard.
You're feeling like you're trapped,
But that's how you react,
When you cannot see the light.
But try and see the light.
I'm tellin' you,
No, no, no, no,
You're the only one
Standing in your way,
Just take a breath, relax, and tell me…

Why?
Please tell me why do we worry?
Why?
Why do we worry at all?
Why?
Just tell me why do we worry?
When worry is never helping tell me why, why worry at all?

Why do we insist,
On crossing bridges that do not exist?
Let's take these issues
Step by step by step, to work it out,
Day by day by day we're falling down,
But life goes on.
I've got some questions,
Are you sick of feelin' sorry?
Uh huh,
And people sayin' not to worry?
Uh huh,
Sick of hearing this hakuna matata motto,
From people who won the lotto,
We're not that lucky.
Have you noticed that you're breathing?
Uh huh,
Look around and count your blessings,
Uh huh,
So when you're sick of all this stressin' and guessin' I'm suggestin' you turn this up and let them hear you sing it.

Why?
Please tell me why do we worry?
Why?
Why do we worry at all?
Why?
Just tell me why do we worry?
When worry is never helping tell me why, why worry at all?

[NON-SINGY PORTION]
Chin up, quit actin' like you're half dead.
Tears can only half fill how you’re feelin'.
Don't worry, be happy baby.
Stand up, life is too damn short,
That clock is ticking.
Man up, if ya feel me,
Everybody sing it.

[RESUME SINGY PORTION]

Why?
Please tell me why do we worry?
Why?
Why do we worry at all?
Why?
Just tell me why do we worry?
When worry is never helping tell me why, why worry at all?

Why?
Please tell me why do we worry?
Why?
Why do we worry at all?
Why?
Just tell me why do we worry?
When worry is never helping
I'm not buying what they're selling
So if worry is never helping tell me why, why worry at all?

^Yes, that is very wise, and we should all try and take that message more to our hearts :)

I do believe "the thought" has much power, like Raleigh has mentioned many times. Thoughts do create feelings.
