I've noticed a lot of people have the wrong idea about addiction.
They think if you're addicted you must be doing that thing 24/7.
They advise you to go for walks, limit your exposure, do art, yada yada.
Ok.
I already do those things.
That doesn't stop the compulsion.
Sorry, Raleigh.
I feel like I said stuff about myself there and I shouldn't.
Made it a bit about me, ugh.
I am doing rounds of apologies, so here's yours.
Post-midnight self-loathing, I'm like clockwork.
Seriously though

.
Sorry if I was a dick.
Not at all!
Sorry I kind of dropped out there.
I was replanting strawberries, took longer than expected.
Then I had to go to town and stock up on supplies.
I don't know how they can say it's not a compulsion.
A compulsion is something that you feel forced to do.
That's it.
Whether you are forced to workout 5 hours a day or forced to plan how to get around eating, that's still a compulsive act.
And then you get people who say, "But no one is forcing you!"
Yeah.
No freaking idea.
