I had a friend who could drink until she lost unconsciousness. In our teens once we had been to Denmark for a week drinking every day. On the ferry home we had a hard time "landing". So we stole a bottle of whisky from someone sleeping on the floor. So two of us (including this girl) made shoots out of this. Instead of shoot glasses they had beer glasses, instead of salt they had barbecue seasoning. Instead of vodca it was the whisky, and instead of lemon they had danish salami. Omg!! She got so drunk. She was the last one who got of the ferry. Transported by the staff in a wheelchair. She was driven to the local hospital. The rest of us had to wait until it was considered it was safe to let her go.

Those shots sound wicked! 8O
Great improvisation though.
Not so great for your friend.
At least it gave you a great story to tell.

When I was younger I used to drink other people's beers at the sport clubs.
I never got caught.
I'm like a ninja.

You can legally drink at a sports club here when you're 16, but you have to be accompanied by an adult.
So my friend and I would wait until a large group of patrons arrived on the courtesy bus and 'attach' ourselves to that group.
Like I said, we drank other people's beers because once inside we couldn't go to the bar ourselves (had to be eighteen for that).
The best time to steal beers was when a live band was on.

I think Australia is the only country that has sports cubs.

:P
I used my cousins debit card (that she didn't use anymore) as a false id. I was 16. At some point I got caught, but that's a different story...

I once read (or got told by a therapist) that the sign of good mental health is to be able to surround yourself with a healthy and giving social environment.

Do you have sports clubs in Santa Barbera?
I've been told they're only an Australian thing.
Anyway, they're marvellous.
They're like a pub where parents take their kids and put them in a play room while they drink.
They also have gambling, restaurants and cafes and live music.
And they only cost about a dollar to join.

The continuity of my books is kind of loopy.
Tales from Mythaven and White Darkness take place on the same planet, Mythaven. The two books and the planet itself exists in The Crystal Heart. The Book of Nothing and The Search for the Seven Impossible Things* also exist as books that the heroes read in The Crystal Heart...but certain objects [like a cake hat, for instance] from TCH show up in the Seven Impossible Things.

Aren't paradoxes fun?

*tentative title*

Froya: Yes, very much so. :eew: :eew: :skull:

I think that's only because it's an unusual thought for you. From natures "side" I guess the natural time to procreate is when you get your first period. Anyway, let's leave the subject.
