Waking up earlier than I expected to. 7:45 is a good time, but not early enough to feel tired enough for coffee.

I think im finally finding exercise enjoyable. I was working out today and i managed to completely switch myself off from the outside world and go into my own mind. I've never been able to do that before, i think ive stepped over a threshold.

Oh, i gave all my books away. I've been debating giving them to a charity shop for ages but then it occured to me that my brother might like them and when i offered them to him he jumped at the chance. I have access to all my books with no responsibility for looking after them. They just took up too much space, ive not a possession sort of person and they've been weighing me down for a long time. Perfuct arangement!

I'm nearing the end of a 60 hr week and there is someone very important in my life that makes it all worthwhile. And there is an affordably priced beer cooling in my refrigerator
