Is it possible to fail your soul mission or life mission and have to start the reincarnation cycle all over again? That seems like a waste, but I guess there's a good reason for it.

It would only be a waste from your perspective, viewing as you.
Every form of life views itself as the top order.
Personally, I think 'lower' forms of life are a higher form of life.
How good would it be not to have human consciousness?

Raleigh: What I really meant was, having to learn everything all over again; becoming a 'baby' soul and having to work up to 'adult' or higher again.

mom has died. the next oldest sister and I are doing okay, but my younger two are crumbling. we're concerned about them.

I think that, out of all the Final Fantasy games, VI, VII, IX, and X explored the themes of life and death the most. That is one reason why those four are my favourites.

There's nothing wrong with crumbling.
Its no more concerning than being stoic.
It's a different expression of grief, that's all.

It's amazing. Just two sentences from my mum was enough to make my energy fall and for me to start yelling at myself again. I'm still trying to recover, and the terrible thing is that it was an incredibly mundane thing she asked me to do.

I wish I could tell her how much she effects me like that, but I'm not sure how.

My mother sucks out my energy like a vampire and leaves me drained.
I told her once she was too loud and invasive and she did modify her behaviour for about a day but then went back to being herself again.
She's loud, throws her hands around, gets in my face, drills me with questions, projects all her anxieties and negativity onto me, then leaves me in a heap.
