Sounds like you're handling this very well. Love to you both, and to George. He sounds lovely.

My memory is usually exceptional.
I never zone out this badly.
Damn.

Welcome to my world.
It's a scary feeling, having those gaps which you can't fill in.
You feel like you've lost part of yourself.
Only temporary in your case, I'm sure.
After effects of a stressful event, maybe?

I had another interesting dream, a happy dream.
It switched from first person to third person slightly throughout the first part, and then settled into first.
There was this long, blonde haired girl who was a dear friend. "I" was this silver haired boy, and together we looked suspiciously like Misuzu and Yukito from the AIR anime.

I was at a school, and there were these tough looking boys grouped around a window. I ran to the window, saw the girl waving at me from the grass below, and actually jumped out of the window to avoid the other boys. I landed relatively safely, though my ankle hurt. Just looking at the girl, smiling at me, with the sun shining and turning her hair golden so that it almost seemed halo-like, I felt great love for her.
Then we were on an airplane with the girl's mother [whom I couldn't see, for some reason], and someone who was presumably her grandfather, who also had silverish hair. [Hmm...silver and gold.] I felt happy being with her then, too.

bump

So you've literally taken the plunge and now you're flying high?

It's exam season at the moment, I'm hoping it's that.
Keep finding all these little frayed edges and breaks, I'm sure there are even more I just don't know about.

I had another instance of my weird arm thing on the weekend. Right arm goes completely numb, and I try to move it but I can't. It doesn't respond to thought at all, or physical manipulation. Scary.
I'm actually pretty pleased it happened; I was in the middle of a queue of about 1000 people at the time. Further evidence to my theory that it's psychological and not physiological.
Of course it could be both. Maybe when I'm tense I do something with shoulders or spine that could cause a temporary problem.

Rambling, sorry.

Dont be sorry Racheypie :) ... We all say that after venting, that pattern is obvious to most of us :)
Could be stress related for sure but if persists one should seek a good doc... Speaking of which... How is your ankle? and a bit cheeky for your work to give you a warning for having to take at least a day off for unexpected circumstance! Also they had you in there for an hour about it!! !?

^ Work tries to make it all formal to put the fear into you. They don't smile, and they try and throw as much legal jargon in there as you can, and why the hell we had to adjourn for 20 minutes for them to make a standard decision...

My ankle is getting there, thank you. I've been looking after it, can jump a little bit on it now, and it's flexible enough that I can do lunges and stuff again, so yay!

666?
Mark of the devil?

6 + 6 + 6 = 18

1 + 8 = 9

9: Numerology number 9 has the qualities of all the numbers 1-8. ... Number 9 is highly emotional and spiritual. Numerology 9 holds the path towards mystical knowledge. People with life path number 9 care a lot about their spiritual comfort, they care about the comfort of their soul.

=> the "mark of the devil" gives you the highest form of spiritual awareness and mystical knowledge.
=> Satan is God.

Hail Satan.

I dont believe the Baphomet was originally referred to evil reference, this came about during the persecution of the Templars using the Baphomet as an excuse for idolizing evil. It was thought the Baphomet/Banebdjedet was actually referred to old Egyptian times related Osiris. Prior to the Templars it was seen in a positive light but due to the Templars being in a middle eastern land they were accused of becoming Muslim, hence the birth of a false ideology in western society that has stuck to this day. Same thing applies with the Swastika.

I'm not sure what plunge that would be, but I guess so!

Also, according to Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life, the ankle represents mobility and direction.

9 is apparently the number of the goddess, according to Joseph Campbell.

What's the life path number?

Crazy time:

I've seen auras, which is a weird experience.
The first time I saw one I was talking to a young woman at work and she started to be surrounded by a green glow.
This totally astounded me and I kept looking around the room to see if something was reflecting off something else and throwing this colour onto her, but there was nothing, and if there were, it would have been on all off her anyway, not just around her.
Once my amazement subsided, I felt her aura gave me a feeling of peace, as if I were sitting in a forest.

Then I saw a woman with a pink and yellow aura.
Same thing.
Her aura gave me a feeling of happiness.
???

Then I saw a black aura around a man.
It gave me the fear.

I can see my own aura, but it's very feint.
It's yellow with a very fine pink outline.

Am I crazy?

My mum can see auras sometimes, though only the light, not the colour. She said that when I was born, she saw a beautiful, calming light. :o

Yes, but why can I see them?
And why only every now and then?
And how does it work?

And why can't I get a feeling from my own aura?
And why is it feint when others were bright?
Does that mean it's going out?

The Seeing Stone wrote:
Merlin and Oliver often argue, and Oliver sometimes gets angry.
I walked several times round the moat with them today, and they began by agreeing that the complete and flawless number is nine. But then they disagreed why.
‘The reason, Merlin,’ said Oliver, ‘is perfectly obvious. Lord God is our Father. He is the Son and he is the Holy Ghost. Three-in-one and one-in three.’
‘And three equals nine,’ said Merlin.
‘No, Merlin! Three does not equal nine.’
Merlin waved his hands impatiently. ‘Constipatus!’ he muttered.
Oliver took no notice. ‘Three is the divine number, and threefold three is nine,’ he went on. ‘So nine is the flawless number. Quod erat demonstrandum.’
‘I get the idea,’ said Merlin.
‘You get…’ snapped Oliver, and he blocked one nostril with his right forefinger and blew snot from the other onto the ground.
‘I’ll tell you nine,’ said Merlin quietly. ‘The nine spirits, each with a bottomless chalice…’
‘That is blasphemy!’ said Oliver loudly.
‘Nothing of the kind,’ replied Merlin.
‘Do you deny Christ?’
‘Not for one moment,’ said Merlin.
‘It’s as well for you,’ said Oliver.
‘Are you threatening me?’ asked Merlin.
Oliver glared at Merlin. ‘Your own tongue is your enemy,’ he said.
‘My tongue is my servant.’
‘And it often leads you into mortal danger. There is no room in the house of Christ for nine spirits.’
‘One person sips from the chalice of poetry,’ continued Merlin, ‘and shapes poems for us. Another person sips from the chalice of song, and delights us.’
‘Cow dung!’ shouted Oliver. ‘A load of cow dung! And you know it!’ And he turned his back on us, and flounced off.
‘Who are the other spirits?’ I asked.
‘I will tell you,’ said Merlin, ‘in a little while and soon. In the meantime, you must find your number.’
‘What do you mean?’
‘Each one of us is born under one star, and it guides us. In each of us, one element is most powerful. Each of us is true to one number, and it is time for you to find it.’

Mega quote, sorry. Loved this book as a kid.
Thank you Kura for reminding me of it.

Seeing auras is just too cool, Raleigh.
I have no idea as to why you can see them.
Fascinating though.
I'm a big believer in ESP.
