I'm member of a group on facebook for people with social anxiety. Someone posted "Let's make friends drop your age and add whoever likes it" So I did (regrettably ) and now I have 6 new "friends". One of them sent me a message. I don't know what to do, I don't want to talk to these people.

Froya: I can understand that a bit; at high school everything I said in a day could fill one sheet of paper, maybe less. I decided it was easier to barely speak and not interact much.

^I was like that too. Very quiet and shy, but I remember wanting to be different.

I think I prefer just posting a little in the group now and then. I was curious I think to see if anyone would hit the "like" button

Didn't realise his awkwardness/ weirdness/ obvious-if-not-explicitly-stated autism had been so poorly reviewed.

I wonder if this is how other people see us, and why they don't take to us sometimes.
I've known people that seem almost annoyed with the way I am.
Confused and then subsequently annoyed might be more accurate.
