Maybe why I'm still somewhat sane??
Doing things manually and with focus is meditation in practise.
You don't have to sit crosslegged and say om.
Lately I've been finding the Om meditation sexual.
Not sure what that's about, but it seems an accepted response.
Hence I drive manually & meditate automatically. It's nice to leave my subconscious in control as long as I remember it's not some perilous split persona or belligerent alter ego. Thankfully my subconscious just consumes oodles more coffee & the occasional extra beer.
Isn't it something more like Om shakalaka?
