Did you not talk to him first? Explain to him how much you loved him?
Heartless b***h.
!
I smelled him. He smelled old. Now I actually do feel a little sh***y

Also he will always be in my memories you know

It's an object, a smelly old worn old object with no use or purpose now.

Just a f*****g teddy bear.

You have memories, and pictures, you don't need it.

You did the right thing, get that smelly wee bassa tae feck.

^Yeah. Once I tried to cuddle him (the teddy bear) when I cried as a grown woman. I thought let's try it!
But I didn't feel anything. The childhood magic was gone!

It's interesting though. It did take some thinking before I had the guts to do it. It seems like that kind of an object is very common to keep. Even old people still have their doll or teddy bear in many cases.

I had three knitted worms with embroidered faces that I had made myself as a child/teenager. They where on my mothers attic. Some years back she was going to have a couple of children over at her house, so she asked me if it was ok for them to play with these worms. I said "NOOO" and the next day took two busses back and forth to bring them home to my apartment. Weeeeeeeellll, I don't have them anymore 8)

Do you still have the sarcophagus that came with the pyramid, with the wee skeleton inside?
I have the skeleton on my desk, two actually.
They're called Mulder and Skully, and they're very much in love.

Yes, I do, both the sarcophagus and the skeleton. I'm keeping the treasure if I can, though, and the food from the grocery store, because...because...um...I have a habit of hording food in video games, and it some how transitioned to Lego and Playmobil.
Mulder and Skully. That's brilliant. :P

Or...no, nevermind. That's just too terrible a pun for me to make. Crypt and Castle sound nothing alike.

The lights here keep flickering.

Kura, are you playing with the quantum-dimensional interferometer again?

I feel like I'm suppressing myself.

Oh, of course not, I'm only playing with the configuration of the hyperspace pan-dimensional ether-conflagration conjunction.

Midnightstar: Suppressing yourself or your feelings only leads to a unwanted build up of emotion and in some cases, negativity.

Lol, wut? Hyperspace pan... huh?

I know that, but my parents will (metaphorically) murder me if I acted on these feelings.

I'm responding to Darmok's joke.
hyperspace = that term used in sci-fi that has something to do with faster than light travel
pan-dimensional = existing in all dimensions at once
ether = basically spirit energy or spirit force
conflagration = the process of something becoming intensely hot or bright
configuration = the inner workings of something

Also, what is not spelled with a u.

It's little wonder that so many people are messed up. Keeping emotions inside only leads to toxicity in the body. There are innumerable ways to elevate it--writing feelings, bouncing around, dancing, singing, doing yoga, deep breathing meditation...

Well that explains the big flash I just saw in the sky.

'Wut' is just a funny Internet spelling of 'what.' Kind of like spelling 'small' as 'smol.'

... Or maybe I'm just being Captain Obvious.
