I've been awake since 3am.
My brain said "wake up, you have anxiety to feel."

My cat is being very smoochy this morning.

^ After I wrote that, I went to pick up my cup of tea and the cat attacked my arm.

Exam question was on the environmental impact of Alpine tourism.
Manageable. :mrgreen:

Just got seriously leched at in the supermarket, to the extent that I temporarily forgot to be happy.
I feel unclean lol.
But yay!

That sounds horrible!! I don't even know how I would have dealt with that. No medication you can use? If I didn't use antidepresents I might have felt like that I think.
