My brain said "wake up, you have anxiety to feel."

Sounds lovely...

I feel anxiety every morning. One of the reasons I stay in bed for as long as possible.

It's beyond anxiety.
I'm having horrible attacks of mortal dread, which I can't seem to shake.

That sounds horrible!! I don't even know how I would have dealt with that. No medication you can use? If I didn't use antidepresents I might have felt like that I think.

I only have my painkillers which I don't want to use because I think they affect my kidneys.
There is a real fear of time running out which I didn't have before.
I don't want to die without resolving any of my issues, but they're unresolvable.
Maybe death is the solution.

Do you get that dread feeling in your chest?
All deep and empty, like there's something falling away in there.
Hate that.

Yes.
Empty.
Desolate.
Cue eerie sound of wind blowing through barren tree branches.

Is that a threat or a promise?

Yes, using strong painkillers is probably not the best for the kidneys.
I can't relate to the rest really..
I once thought I had cancer. First I felt an intense relief (of not having to be around anymore) I also felt a deep sadness. I should probably not post that considering some of you have/are experiencing it. sorry..

Gin and tonic is neither shaken nor stirred, but poured in a glass and left to mingle.
A bit like this thread.
All plonked together in the same 'room'.
Sometimes we mix, sometimes we don't.
All in all, still an enjoyable experience.
