I forgot about something there. I remember in my lease, it said that the house owner is responsible for keeping the rented object in livable conditions. You are absolutely right! Still, I personally would have chosen to move out, instead of taking them on like that. It's just easier. I think it's one of the advantages you have when renting a home.

Also I understand that is what you are trying to do eventually. I understand it's easier said then done though, when you are low in energy like you have been (and still are).

No, all good ... You didnt upset me at all Just something i have been trying to avoid but i know i am not the only one, many people here have had issues with her in the past... So maybe i need to take on the course of events to let the tribunal know as unfortunately she is incapable of doing it through one on one mediation... Just could do without it at the moment but then when is a good time?

Thank you! That is very kind of you to say... Yes i hope so too! Have been very clear about approaching me and communicating what exactly she wants from me so as we can all get along. But i think due to these past house inspections of which she has promised on close to a dozen times now about giving me copies to no avail that she is avoiding me at all costs as she knows i am not going to let it slide. I assume she thinks that by not responding over a long period of time that i will give up/ forget or just let it slide... But no, if i have done something wrong i will admit but seems when it on the other foot then it becomes an issue and rather than admit more of her energy is put into making me look like the guilty person as from a number of experiences i have had to deal on her behalf. As mentioned i am not the only one. Talked to flatmate about it, didnt even mention her name, she actually brought that up and mentioned she was on a witch hunt with some people she knew when dealing with her as well and tended to do everything not by the book but by what suits her... I dont like that it has got to this stage and have tried to avoid at all costs and be approachable, hence why i have made suggestions about communication etc as i could see this happening along time ago and purposely made and recorded a number of conversations that would make it difficult for her to say otherwise...

But thank you! and yes in general the country is beautiful, but people are people no matter where you live on the planet.. ha...

Damn... just reading back on the posts i missed while i was asleep... Seems dead when i am in here and all hell breaks loose when i am unconscious! Also seems its not just NT's that misunderstand us, seems we can often misunderstand each other... Well at least give midnightstar 10/10 for being direct and blunt, have respect for that, as far as truth, well life will teach her that if her mind is open to it, that is her journey and i wish her all the best... But do have to admit, it probably isn't the best environment for someone that age... So in some ways i do think she is correct, as for the rest..... I plead the fifth!
(even if you do hate me, isn't religion about love, acceptance and forgiveness? I harbour zero ill will towards you and wish you the happiest and loving fulfilled life )
