jesus that is just wow.

If I had a knitting needle in my hand at this very moment then I'd burst my ear drums and stab my eyes out.

Oh wait, I can just press stop.

Sad...? 8O Well, it certainly has moments which are sad... But it's also extremely funny, and quirky, and awesome, and touching, and I think you would really like it.

Oh the jokes are by & large terrible but I'm just being spazzy & cheesy because the conversation's beyond great. My best.

^My best anxiety relief is to cry. Can't cry on command though. It just tend to come, when the anxiety gets strong enough.

Froya, sometimes I listen to sad or emotional music to cry on purpose and get it out of my system.

Cathylynn, that sounds so stressful! All the best.

^^^ I try to break the tension with a workout. Enough stress on a single muscle group and the tears flow, usually the second I'm finished.

I think the combination of physical stress and the little space it gives my mind to be in that moment, that breaks the wave of anxiety. Crying helps for sure.

When I started meditating after exercising, that made a big difference. :)
