I think you are thinking of Monsanto. They aren't the only company to to create and patent new kinds of crops but for some reason they are the one people have a grudge against.

Froya, sometimes I listen to sad or emotional music to cry on purpose and get it out of my system.

Yes, I have done that in the past. Thank you for reminding me though.

I read once that working out/exercise helps with all types of anxiety, except social anxiety.

I wonder why it wouldn't work for social anxiety.
I wonder what kinds of anxiety I have. I guess social must be in there, though I'd debate that I think.

2:45am here.

^Good night!

I don't know, or at least I don't remember why it apparently don't help with social anxiety.

I also definitely have a good dose of social anxiety.

I find it hard to differ between emotional pain and anxiety. A psychiatrist once said to me that the two are the same. I don't think that goes for all emotional pain.

I think the nuttier sports I like cover the social aspect for me, at least a bit. Either I hobnob with all kinds of people over BMX or yell from my skis.

what helped me with my social anxiety was realizing two things: all people are equal. some folks will like me and some won't and there's not much i can do about that.

a book i found helpful is "the self-esteem companion" by mckay et al.

Hello and hi everyone.
Operating on a sugar high cause I had some kind of blowout and ate half a can of chocolate malt straight from a spoon.
Funny what withdrawals will do to you.

I would kill you all for a gooey chocolate vpbar.
And f**k off.

I made SOME headway...after some annoying from me and yelling from dad, we ended up getting ONE coat of paint on a panel out of the piano. Now to wait another year!
