It's a character called Sans from a game called Undertale.
Although this is from a sort of alternate fan-made version called Underswap, where all of the characters' personalities are switched. In the original game, Sans is lazy and his brother is very energetic,
But in the swapped version, his brother Papyrus is lazy, and Sans is very energetic.
Underswap Sans is basically a hyper little kid.
He's very naive and childish and passionate about his interests. Personally I could see him as being on the spectrum.
I like Underswap Sans because he acts a lot like me. That's why he is my avatar.

My stepdad puts eight teaspoons of sugar in his tea. 
He puts sugar in everything.
I used to think I didn't like tea, but it was just because I had only tried my stepdad's tea!
