Do you find an instant peace when you go walk about? or does it take some getting used to.

That noise is called infrasound & Norwegian research & urban architectures determined it to be pretty dangerous actually.

I'm not normal but night hikes chill me out instantly. I wish more people felt normal outside.

Yeah, it will be very interesting. Wonder if it can actually make me less restless. That worries me though, the restlessness. Also lonelyness. I might have to read the front pages of newspapers in the grocery to know what's going on in the world.

I love being in nature, but can still get very restless.

kura, get the kitty fixed if she isn't already. don't let her outside unsupervised unless you don't mind that she'd be likely to live only a third as long.

Good news!
I'm almost restored.
Just some tingling and numbness where I usually have it, instead of all over.
Seeing the neurologist today.

Cathylynn: The nice girl at the pet place said that she's already fixed and good to go, and we're used to inside cats, so that's no problem either.

Raleigh: Heya! I'm so glad that you're doing better than before!

Since I'm in the mood, does anyone have any funny cat stories to share?

Stay tough Raleigh. Crazy tough like my pinkies twitching after 700mg caffeine.

Finn Skårderud is an Norwegian psychiatrist, author and a specialist in eating disorders. He runs a center for people with eating disorders. I have read two of his books, one of them twice.

I haven't read this particular article, but I'm sure it's good.

I watched two movies yesterday. After having watched the second one, I tried to remember the first one. It took some time before I could remember it. I really had to focus and think backwards to remember. Is that normal... I guess I'm living in the moment :P

Kuras cat talk yesterday might have influenced my dreaming last night. I dreamed, like I have done soooo many times in my lifetime, that I had a pet (this time a mouse) and I was struggling to protect it and not loose it. This time it stayed a mouse the whole time, other times it has mutetated into smaller and different animals. Finally I managed to put it into an aquarium/glass box. So in theory it should be safe from the cat. Then I looked into the glass box, and it was gone! Then the dream took a turn that it has never done before. I just realized that there was nothing more I could do to protect it. I calmly accepted it. I had done what I could. I let go. I wonder what the dream means, as I have no pets.
