my walkabout is just up and down all of the aisles in the nearby grocery daily. or maybe that's keeping in shape so i can go walkabout when the opportunity arises.

Walkabout is usually done over many days without any equipment.
You basically walk out as you are.
It's done for spiritual reasons rather than recreational.
