I can use a decent English roast right about now......with baked potato.

I can imagine Racheypie with a chef's hat.....creating one of those lovely quintessentially English creations.

I cooked a nice hot/spicy beef vindaloo and rice tonight.

Froze 5 containers worth in microwave proof containers to take to work for lunches.

I guarantee you, I'm going to be so sick of Indian cuisine by the end of the week!

Yes, was INDOOR temp... Did speak to landlord, response initially was it was my problem. Have one room i am also having to pay rent for as i cant rent out due to cold/damp... However after 3 weeks of reading all the laws and ringing tribunal i gave them the option to fix or i will have to take the legal path... I did do it politely and explained a heat pump would actually improve the selling factor of the house if they wished to sell and gave them the figures etc... So they called the heat pump guy round who came yesterday and couldn't believe how cold the house was. Even said it was the coldest he has been in... So will see what happens monday... Unfortunately lost the other flatmate last week because it was too cold for her. So covering 3 rooms on rent and just had this months electric bill of $530 and i dont even use heating other than an electric blanket.... ahhh

^ I saw my dog's ghost once, at least once.

I don't think it was a ghost-ghost though, I felt it was more of a slip in time.
