Exercise- something like doing pushups until you lose all your strength to push yourself anymore. Or a deep breath and combat negative thinking with logical, positive answers to the negative doubts. Really though, I am not the one to give advice on allowing anxiety to get the best of me.

What is something you try to steer clear of?

Religious and/or political discussions. My brother says he heard a saying that if you want to keep being someone's friend, never discuss religion or politics with them.

Do you think it's "safe" for people to say they like vampires now, or is the association with Twilight still too strong?

While Twilight damages the vampire franchise as well as the intellect of its viewers, I think movies like 30 days of night will always be there to stem the flood against the sissification of classic monsters. I think it is okay to like vampires and loathe Twilight.

Do you feel like you are capable of defending yourself if need be? It could be an argument or to keep yourself physically safe.

I feel that I have the tools to defend myself in physical conflict but, I'd try to avoid the scenario as possible..

Do you think intelligence tests when it comes to people in the autistic community to be somewhat biased?

I find intelligence tests in general to have their biases. To try to narrow intelligence into appropriate little answers always seemed narrow minded and counterintuitive to what I believe intelligence to be. I say if you want to determine a person's intelligence put them in a closed structure with a hungry lion.

What is something that makes you feel all excited about where you get a skip in your step and your heart races at the thought of it?

Monday to Friday: the most important part is probably going to work as I've got bills to pay. The most pleasant part is the evening when I make myself a cup of tea, climb into bed and read a book or waste some time on the internet.

Weekends: the most important and the most pleasant part of my day is the morning, when I go to visit my parents and have a cup of coffee or tea with them.

How fast is your reaction time?
