Things are going well here. Although the lack of ice cream in my freezer is unsettling. I did get some things accomplished today.

How was your day?

I'm pretty sure that if my upstairs neighbors ever jumped around on pogo sticks they would somehow mysteriously disappear, never to be seen or heard from again...

My day was...rocky describes it well I think!
Though the first hour of today has gone well.

What about it was rocky? Did you have to do more anxiety inducing activities as a form of therapy?

No, it's been a roughish day today. I wasn't up for it.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Whenever I have a bad day like that I try to tell myself "just get through today and tomorrow will be better." So far that seems true for you considering the first hour of your day.

You can just tell when a day is going to turn bad, and it takes a lot to turn it around, but yeah, today should be good, here's hoping!

I must now go run myself like a dog until I am close to collapsing. You'll probably be sleeping by the time I return so I hope the decent start to your day continues, have a good sleep.

That sounds like fun!
I am unable to run today, I pulled my right calf muscle 2 days ago doing a bleacher workout. :(
And I was planning an 8-miler today.....oh well, there's always next week.

Well last week I did 7.3....so it is naturally the next step....but it's not that crazy, my pace is pretty slow for long runs.

Sprinting at times and walking are just fine but when I run I taste blood.
