I got something to help with my Anxiety today and I was able to enjoy real food at lunch. I had rice and tomato soup with ham, lettuce and tomatoes on a bun. I even enjoyed my food for the first time in months. :)

May I asked what helped? I have anxiety issues myself.

What made me happy today was hanging with a family friend & visiting my grandparents.

Deciding to get a part-time job at least 15 hours a week until I get other things moving along and then I'll quit and just work for myself. Now I just have to be very careful not to get stressed out and become seriously ill like before.
