I got something to help with my Anxiety today and I was able to enjoy real food at lunch. I had rice and tomato soup with ham, lettuce and tomatoes on a bun. I even enjoyed my food for the first time in months.

What made me happy today was hanging with a family friend & visiting my grandparents.
