Try jogging...it's right in between. I do a mixture of jogging/running when I go running.

Still could taste blood. The only time I ever went fast was in games such as ultimate Frisbee.

I only ran 2 miles. I want to get back into better shape so I can do about 5. Anything more than that and my knees and calves get really cranky. I'm more of a sprinter.

Ultimate Frisbee is really fun. I've been meaning to go to pick-up games they have around here but I always end up bailing out.

During ultimate frisbee in P.E. I didn't look where I was going and so while I was going for the Frisbee I crashed into a metal pole.

Ouch! That happened to a girl who was running on my cross-country team in 9th grade.
