What do you still do the old-fashioned way?

I actually go to the supermarket for grocery shopping rather than shopping online. I want to be able to choose my fruits and vegetables myself.

I had to check buckwheat on the net; they resemble nut which I might be allergic to, so I don't really have an opinion. They look delicious, though, I might like the taste.
