I saw my old educational assistant today in Wal-Mart. She has been one of the most positive influences in my life, and I adore her. We had a great chat, and am delighted that she is doing very well now (unfortunately, she was going through some struggles before).

Given a “tentative” diagnosis as a child as I needed services at school for what was later correctly discovered to be a major anxiety disorder.

This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

i got a blood test done today. havent gotten the results back obviously but thats besides the point because they will be inacurate anyway(i didnt eat for almost a day before. the recommended time is 8hrs before) but now i can eat sugar and chocolate again!!

Just ran into Jonny Greenwood outside his hotel, crossed the street to get some coffee, and when I looked again, they were all there.

Yes I really just saw Thom Yorke. :heart:

I just froze, right in his face. Literally stopped walking, just stared at the poor guy for a while, totally zoned out.

I sent in a short anime review to Anime Snacktime and they gave me a $20 Madman voucher because my review got read out on the show.
